Affirmations

I’ve used affirmations in my life when I needed extra support and gentle bolstering. If I hear a good one, I’ll put it on a stickie and place it in my office where I can see it. Positive self-affirmations have been studied empirically for their usefulness. Notice how you feel when you read through the below affirmations.
